Hey guys. Here is my update for day 3 of the Booktubeathon.
Hey guys. I had another good reading day for the second day of the Booktubeathon. Not as good as day 1 though. Anyway, here is my update.
Hey guys. Here is my update for day one of the Booktubeathon. I feel like I got off to a really good start on the first day of the readathon and I really hope I can keep up the pace.
Hey guys. I decided to do the Booktubeathon this year, so I thought I’d share my TBR with you. The Booktubeathon is a week long readathon, starting on Monday the 24th of July and ending on Sunday the 30th of July. There are 7 reading challenges. I’ve listed them below along with the book I’m planning to read for each challenge. If you want to know more about the Booktubeathon, all the information is on the Booktubeathon youtube channel here.
Hey guys. At the beginning of the year I planned to post about my reading goals for the year, but I never ended up getting around to it, so I thought I would just post one now for the second half of the year. I hope you enjoy.
When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon
Published by: Hodder Paperbacks
Release Date: 01/06/2017
Where to Find: Goodreads | Book Depository
Summary: Dimple Shah has it all figured out. With graduation behind her, she’s more than ready for a break from her family, from Mamma’s inexplicable obsession with her finding the “Ideal Indian Husband.” Ugh. Dimple knows they must respect her principles on some level, though. If they truly believed she needed a husband right now, they wouldn’t have paid for her to attend a summer program for aspiring web developers…right?
Rishi Patel is a hopeless romantic. So when his parents tell him that his future wife will be attending the same summer program as him—wherein he’ll have to woo her—he’s totally on board. Because as silly as it sounds to most people in his life, Rishi wants to be arranged, believes in the power of tradition, stability, and being a part of something much bigger than himself.
The Shahs and Patels didn’t mean to start turning the wheels on this “suggested arrangement” so early in their children’s lives, but when they noticed them both gravitate toward the same summer program, they figured, Why not?
Dimple and Rishi may think they have each other figured out. But when opposites clash, love works hard to prove itself in the most unexpected ways.
Hey guys. I spent the last weekend in London with my dad for a Harry Potter weekend. On Saturday we went to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and on Sunday we went to the Warner Bros Studio Tour. I’m going to do an overview of what was in the studio tour so if you don’t want to know, don’t read the Sunday bit.
